A great training in which Liesbeth has the attention of the group right from the start in a good way. For me, it is a training that can actually best be described as an experience in which you enter and leave your comfort zone several times. Certainly not a standard sales training in which you can learn a trick. This goes further and is of a completely different level. I can honestly say that, beyond the business aspect, I have grown enormously as a person. Because of the training but certainly also because of Liesbeth. A big thank you from me. Bjorn Emans.

BIT in person Eveline de Jong conducted a tailor made sales training with us (Royal Buisman). What stands out, besides the professional content and format, is Eveline's personal touch. Very involved, sharp and flexible. Dares to intervene and mirror hard but human. It brought us a step further in our sales skills and team building because Eveline created an atmosphere of openness and safety during the training.

I wanted to grow in my commercial skills so I started looking for a training that would suit me. After an intake interview with Liesbeth den Hollander I had a good feeling about the Open Sales Training. A 361 analysis is made beforehand to see where your needs lie. Based on this analysis, a customized training is created. Because of this analysis the training is suitable for every level. I have experienced the training as very pleasant. You are indeed taken out of your comfort zone, especially with the one-on-one conversations, but this makes you realize how things can be done better. You also recognize your behavior during such an exercise. Because you follow this training with several people you learn from each other. The training consists of 5 days spread over about 5 months... Liesbeth den Hollander gives this training full of enthusiasm and you are automatically drawn into it. You are kept up to date via email. Even in corona time, a location was provided where we could follow the training with appropriate measures.

Liesbeth gave me and 3 other colleagues the sales training. We learned a lot through role plays, presentations and discussing practical situations. The enthusiasm of Liesbeth made sure that you enjoyed going to the training and that you can apply the learned material in practice. I will definitely recommend this training to other people.

Tjeerd creates a pleasant and safe atmosphere with a lot of attention to giving feedback. That does something to people and creates connection/team spirit. Practicing commercial conversations is instructive and does not feel uncomfortable. Tjeerd is good at repetition and is honest and sharp in his feedback. He has a lot of experience that I learned from. Personally, I was not so impressed with reading the cards aloud. This does not stick as well as the training itself. In summary, it was just a good and fun course.

Thanks to this training I have more tools I can use in a conversation. The training has given me the insight that you can steer a conversation and that you can also steer a conversation in a different direction. The direction you want. During the training there is a lot of practice and you also get the chance to try it again. The way of training ensured for me that you get a chance to grow.

A training I didn't really know what to expect beforehand. From the very first training I was very enthusiastic. The trainings are given in such a way that everyone stays focused. The great thing is that every week you see all the participants improve and grow. You get tools on how to act best in different situations. All situations are practiced and discussed. Contact with Liesbeth is very good. She informs everyone well in time. Especially in this corona period, this may not always have been easy. She made sure that we were able to finish the training at another location.
