I've discovered a new side of Merve. I've become more aware of my posture and demeanor.

Very informative, dynamic but also fun training where humor also has a place. At nice locations with a team of account managers, Tjeerd was able to take us to the next level. I am an ATR. If you want to know what that is, follow the training.

A training that has had an impact on the whole department, I have seen progress and efficiency in our team. Good focus to bring entire team to a higher level. Tjeerd has experience and motivation to teach and fine tune sales as a profession. The teaching material was fine but it remains a matter of examples and practice and Tjeerd mixed this perfectly.
