Negotiate
Daily negotiations
We negotiate every day in a variety of situations. The skills you need to fulfill the desired outcome as effectively and efficiently as possible are many. You must keep all interests in mind, you must guard margins and boundaries and preferably everyone is satisfied with the outcome of a negotiation conversation. During the training we cover, among other things, different styles of negotiation, the art of the negotiation process and we teach you to go to the table with the right mindset to ensure that you are able to achieve the best result.
Methodology
How do we work?
Before you can vest the program of training in negotiation, we have a conversation together about the opportunities and risks if you would do nothing. So what goes hard or wrong? Negotiation also happens internally with the OR or between HR and and attorney. When we have the program together we address all the negotiation skills using common real-life situations from your practice. You will be challenged - like a true top athlete - to improve yourself 1% every day. Because as a negotiator you have to be on edge and still achieve your goal with flexibility.
