Tjeerd creates a pleasant and safe atmosphere with a lot of attention to giving feedback. That does something to people and creates connection/team spirit. Practicing commercial conversations is instructive and does not feel uncomfortable. Tjeerd is good at repetition and is honest and sharp in his feedback. He has a lot of experience that I learned from. Personally, I was not so impressed with reading the cards aloud. This does not stick as well as the training itself. In summary, it was just a good and fun course.

Thanks to this training I have more tools I can use in a conversation. The training has given me the insight that you can steer a conversation and that you can also steer a conversation in a different direction. The direction you want. During the training there is a lot of practice and you also get the chance to try it again. The way of training ensured for me that you get a chance to grow.

A training I didn't really know what to expect beforehand. From the very first training I was very enthusiastic. The trainings are given in such a way that everyone stays focused. The great thing is that every week you see all the participants improve and grow. You get tools on how to act best in different situations. All situations are practiced and discussed. Contact with Liesbeth is very good. She informs everyone well in time. Especially in this corona period, this may not always have been easy. She made sure that we were able to finish the training at another location.

I really enjoyed the 5 day sales training by Liesbeth den Hollander. With my HR background I looked up to the training and thought Sales did not suit me. Liesbeth showed that you can apply the sales skills in a way that suits your personality. The training was interactive with varied topics. We worked with many cases where many topics came together again. Liesbeth keeps you on your toes, she knows the development points of each participant and lets them practice with these during the training. In short, varied, stimulating, many exercises and above all, we had a lot of fun during the training! Highly recommended!

Last six months we went through a course of super practical sales training. This training was provided by the always enthusiastic Liesbeth, from whom we learned a lot. Every training moment she managed to surprise us again with simple but practical tips that can be applied in practice almost immediately. Hereby a big compliment for Liesbeth who knows very well what she is talking about.

Liesbeth has helped me build the sales department in our growing organization through her coaching. Her practical approach with good theoretical foundation makes it easy for us to apply what we have learned. Liesbeth is a topper, full of positive energy and that works through in the training sessions.
