I wanted to grow in my commercial skills so I started looking for a training that would suit me. After an intake interview with Liesbeth den Hollander I had a good feeling about the Open Sales Training. A 361 analysis is made beforehand to see where your needs lie. Based on this analysis, a customized training is created. Because of this analysis the training is suitable for every level. I have experienced the training as very pleasant. You are indeed taken out of your comfort zone, especially with the one-on-one conversations, but this makes you realize how things can be done better. You also recognize your behavior during such an exercise. Because you follow this training with several people you learn from each other. The training consists of 5 days spread over about 5 months... Liesbeth den Hollander gives this training full of enthusiasm and you are automatically drawn into it. You are kept up to date via email. Even in corona time, a location was provided where we could follow the training with appropriate measures.
